Welcome – I’m so pleased you found us! When writing the notes for this website, I looked up the definition of the word ‘inspire’ and one dictionary quotes:
“of extraordinary quality, as if arising from some external creative impulse”.
I like that because if you think about it, to inspire ’24 hr fitness’ is at the heart of everything we do and say in our lives – it gives us choices and encourages us to:
- take steps to look and feel our healthy best (both physically and mentally),
- be driven with self-confidence,
- be more creative,
- find the courage to realize our dreams, (if we choose to do so).
But there lies a problem – where we can’t always access ‘inspiration’, even though we know it’s there. That’s because we suffer from mood swings, and we are constantly hindered by the most common obstacle in life called ‘stuff’!
Here comes the first of my inspirational 24 hr fitness and self esteem quotes:

‘Stuff’ has been consistently getting in the way of inspiration and individual progress for centuries, but what people are missing is that ‘stuff’ is intangible – it’s a state of mind which is only accepted by our choices.
Inspire Global helps people to manage the ‘stuff’ in their lives, (if not remove it altogether), and then:
- To inspire health and 24 hr fitness, to nurture confidence, and self esteem.
- To motivate their drive to achieve dreams and ambitions – ‘dreams’ they thought could never be realized because of their particular brand of ‘stuff’.

To inspire 24 hr fitness starts with training the mind, to ‘believe you can’, or at least to ‘see if you can’. Because ‘not trying’ is the only sure way of failing, and you’ll sadly never know what might have been.

We know ‘you can’, but that’s no good – it has to start with your ‘personal desire’ and with you making a decision to take the first steps.
- How much do you envy other people? – their body, their confidence, their success, their wealth and lifestyle?
- How much do you admire their ‘persona’, their drive and ambition, their courage and wisdom?
- How determined are you to change your life -for the better?
– to improve your health and diet, your energy, your confidence, your relationships, your achievements and self-esteem?
Make no mistake, ‘desire’ is just the first stage to inspire fitness, because some hard work, determination, and perspiration has to follow!
But with our guidance through every step of the way, the so called ‘hard work’ becomes fun! And as you see each defined goal realized and you feel your confidence growing, it very soon becomes a new and very satisfying way of life.
Of course we can only inspire 24 hr fitness – we cannot guarantee your progress because that depends on the level of your desire and application. But with ‘inspiration’, you’ll be the person you want to be and you’ll now become the person that others envy and admire.
